Watchdog:
Wesha is quite the watchdog. When she is indoors, but sitting in front of the window, she barks at anything that moves outside. When she is in the garden, this is less. But she still often barks and sometimes even runs along with people/bicycles/cars/dogs that pass our garden.
Her bench is in front of the window and when I put her in her bench to eat or when I have to leave her alone for a short while, I always close the curtains.

Digging:
Wesha just loves to dig holes in our garden. At the moment, I hardly let her in the garden alone, because I don't want her to dig. But I also feel that I cannot always keep her busy when she is in the garden.

Jumping up at people:
Wesha still jumps up at anyone she meets. I feel it is the hardest thing to teach her to stay with her four paws on the ground. Especially because most people give her lots of attention when she jumps up at them.
Biting:
Although she is biting on our hands a lot less, Wesha will still do so when we give her the opportunity. Our clothes are also not safe from her teeth. And she bites/chews her toys so hard, that they are all falling apart after a short while.
(Wesha got this great duck from Angi and Steve)

So we just keep working on these issues. I am confident that Wesha will continue to learn what is and what isn't desired behaviour.

Wow Wesha certainly becomes a beuty and you can be very proud of her training so far. With regards to the digging, that must be a Toller thing ;-) I can't get Jessie to stop either, she just lvoes digging... and she used to bite a lot too no matter what I did she wouldn't stop and then she grew out of the biting. I realized it a couple weeks back that for month she did use my hand as a bone...
No problems with the jumping up or barking at everything thank god. She watches everything and only barks once if someone is at the door.
Have fun with your little girl
Hi Anja,
I think digging is a dog-thing. :D
Sounds like Jessie is a very good behaving girl!
You wish ;-) No honestly she can be good if she wants too (and is most of the time). The main problem I have is food. She is food obsessed and will go for any lenght for food. In the house she is fine (only touching food when I tell her, no growling at me etc.) outside is totally different, she tries to steal everyones picnic if she get's the chance and then runs away to eat it in peace. It's a good thing she looks so cute...
