We have spiral stairs in our house. When Wesha moved in with us, we boarded it off with a large piece of cardboard. However, this wasn't holding up too well lately. Whenever someone came back to ground level, Wesha would jump against the carton and the whole situation just wasn't safe anymore. Today, the carpenter installed these beautiful gates.

I am very happy, because finally, I can walk upstairs or downstairs without having to put Wesha in her bench or having to worry about Wesha coming after me. And it looks so much nicer than having a piece of cardboard in the living room!

You know that one of these days she's going to jump this, right? :)
It looks great, btw.
LOL! No, she won't be able to jump these gates. They are too high.
Beautiful gates! I have been using wooden baby gates but your gates look so nice I am inspired to make a more esthetically pleasing solution.
The baby gate is high enough to keep in all of my doggies except for the littlest one. She jumps & climbs like a monkey. :-)

Hi Kathleen! These are also baby-gates. The carpenter still had them from when his own kids were small. We were very lucky that they fit so nicely! :D
